Call to order.
Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 15 minutes or less.
Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University. 30 minutes.
Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 15 minutes.
Approval of the minutes of November 6, 2000 (copy enclosed). 2 minutes.
Ratification of replacement Senator-at-Large J. Glenn Songer. 2 minutes.
Six consent agenda items forwarded from the ICPC (enclosure) Senator Smith, Chair, Instruction and Curriculum Policy Committee. 5 minutes.
Continued discussion and possible action on seconded motion to endorse the October 3, 2000 memorandum to the Committee on Academic Freedom and Tenure RE: Pending CAFT Hearings on Allegations against Dr. Marguerite Kay from Senators Bickel, Garrard, Spece, Witte, Szilagyi, Medine, and Romer. 20 minutes.
Discussion of Arizona University System Whistleblower Protection Policy (enclosure) Chair Hogle for the Arizona Faculties Council. 20 minutes.
Old business. 3 minutes.
New business. 3 minutes.
