1. Call to order.
2. Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 15 minutes or less.
3. Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost, and the President of the University. 35 minutes.
4. Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 10 minutes.
5. Approval of the minutes of November 3, 2003 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes.
6. ICPC Consent Agenda (enclosure). 3 minutes.
7. Faculty Constitution and Bylaws Revisions (enclosure) Secretary Mitchell. 10 minutes.
8. Second reading and possible action: Seconded Motion from the Research Policy Committee: Acceptable Use of Computers and Networks at the University of Arizona Policy (enclosure) Senator Pintozzi. 10 minutes.
9. Discussion and possible action: Policy on Misuse of University Assets Chair Hancock. 10 minutes.
10. First reading: Revisions to UHAP 5.09 "Guidelines for Five-Year Reviews of Deans and Department Heads" Senator Kiefer. 10 minutes.
11. Information item: Senates response to Strategic Planning and Budget Advisory Committees "Charting the University of Arizonas Future: A conversation about Choices" -- SPBAC Chair Jerry Hogle. 10 minutes.
12. Executive Session: Discussion and action on honorary degree nominations (copies will be distributed to Senators on December 1, 2003). 10 minutes.
13. Old business. 3 minutes.
14. New business. 3 minutes.
15. Adjournment.
