Call to order.
Open session: 15 minutes or less. Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken.
Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University.

Approval of the minutes of October 4, 1999 (copy enclosed).
Information Item: The Committee of Eleven Millennium Forum Senator Silverman, Vice-Chair, Committee of Eleven.
Action on Consent Agenda item forwarded from the Instruction and Curriculum Policy Committee Senator Howell, Chair, ICPC.
Discussion and action on amendment to the Whistle-Blower Policy approved by the Faculty Senate on March 22, 1999 and amended on May 3, 1999 from the Academic Personnel Policy Committee Senator Larson, Chair, APPC.
Information and discussion on Distance Learning Professor Sally Jackson, Faculty Associate for Distributed Learning.
