1.         Call to order.
 

2.         Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes.  Maximum number of speakers per session is six.  No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken.  15 minutes or less.
 

3.         Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Vice Chair of the Faculty (enclosure), the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University and the President of the University.  30 minutes.
 

4.         Question and answer period for agenda item 3.  10 minutes.
 

5.         Approval of the minutes of March 7, 2005 (copies enclosed).  2 minutes.
 

6.         ICPC Consent Agenda. (enclosure)  5 minutes.
 

7.         Information and Discussion: Strategic Planning and Budget Advisory Committee. Antonio Estrada, Chair of SPBAC. 15 minutes.
 

8.         Discussion and action: Shared Governance Memorandum of Understanding. Wanda H. Howell, Chair, Shared Governance Review Committee. (enclosure) 15 minutes.
 

9.         Information item: Automated class wait list through WebReg and online submission of end of semester grades. Beth Acree, Senior Associate Registrar.  10 minutes.
 

10.     Information item: The UAWeb Council’s newest version of the UA Website.Tracey Hummel, Senior Support Systems Analyst. (enclosure)  10 minutes.

11.     Old business.  3 minutes.

12.     New business.  3 minutes.

13.     Adjournment.
