minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is
permitted, and no votes will be taken. 15 minutes or less.

Reports from the President of ASUA,
the President of GPSC, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Vice Chair of
the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, and the Provost of the University. 30
minutes.
4.
Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 10 minutes.

Approval of the minutes of February 14, 2005 (copies enclosed). 2
minutes.
6.
Discussion and
action – Graduate Student Grievance Policy (enclosures). Student Affairs Policy
Committee Chair Don Davis.
10 minutes.

ICPC Consent
Agenda -- 5 minutes.

Information
and Discussion: Program fees. Provost Davis. 20 minutes.
9. Old business. 3 minutes.
10. New business. 3 minutes.
11. Executive Session: Discussion and action on honorary degree nominations (copies will be placed on Senators’ desks on March 7, 2005).
