2.  Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is three. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 10 minutes or less

3.  Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost, and the President of the University. 35 minutes

4.  Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 15 minutes

5.  Approval of the minutes of February 3, 2003 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes

6.  ICPC Consent Agenda (enclosure). 5 minutes

7.  Information Item: "Paying for Focused Excellence: A New Paradigm for Funding Salaries" (enclosure) – Senator Jones, 22 minutes.

8.  First reading and possible action: "Model for Implementation of new P&T CS review process" (enclosure) – Senator Hancock, 15 minutes.

9.  Discussion and possible action: ASUA Resolution regarding Fall Break (enclosure) – Senator Hartz. 15 minutes

10. Old business. 3 minutes.

11. New business. 3 minutes.

12. Executive Session: Discussion and action on honorary degree nominations (copies will be placed on Senators’ desks on March 3, 2003).

13. Adjournment.
